Lizzie McConnell

Neurofeedback Technician

Lizzie is the newest neurofeedback technician at Heart Matters, bringing with her a background in wellness as a women’s guidance facilitator and embodiment guide. Her path into neurofeedback reflects her passion for holistic wellness and supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She believes healing unfolds most fully when clients feel safe, seen, and supported, and she brings a calm, grounded presence to every session.

Lizzie’s favorite part of her work is connecting with clients, listening to their stories, and holding space for each unique journey. She feels especially called to support mothers, families, and children as they integrate healing into their daily lives. With warmth, empathy, and patience, Lizzie helps clients move through the neurofeedback process in a way that feels empowering and restorative.  At the heart of her approach is the belief that each person holds deep inner wisdom, and that healing unfolds when we create space to receive what we need—from within and beyond ourselves.

A Colorado native, Lizzie is deeply grateful to be surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. She loves being in nature, rock climbing, crafting, and cherishes time spent with her family. In every area of her life, Lizzie carries a spirit of curiosity and creativity, always exploring new ways to bridge heart and mind in service of whole-person healing.
