Troy Lee, MSW, RCT

Troy is a Colorado native who has been in the counseling field for over 20 years and is committed to walking with his clients through some of the most difficult times of their lives. Troy has devotion for those who are struggling with trauma and depression along with stress and anxiety. He understands that sometimes we can become “stuck”, and that we need help from someone who can listen and understand without judgement, and help us develop the skills and motivation to move forward.  He works with men and women individually as well as couples who are in need of help developing solutions to better their lives and relationships personally and professionally. Troy did his masters work in Social Work at Denver University. He has been trained and certified in several different therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), developmental trauma, and conflict resolution.
